It all started as an affordable housing project we envisioned in late 2016 with a mission to help more families gain access to wealth. With this goal in mind, we bought 7.1 acres to build 33 single-family, fee-simple homes. This means that you, as the homeowner, will have full rights to the home and the land it sits on, as well as be able to leave it to your family, or whoever you choose, as part of your inheritance.
